does talent is enough for passing in An audition or struggler has to go that ''extra mile'' to land that part which is commonly known as casting couch''??

YES, casting couch exist in Bollywood.Every Bollywood struggler gets approached by someone to sleep with him  in exchange with a role in his films. whether its directly or indirectly but it happens with most of Bollywood struggler .casting couch is the dark side of casting for an Indian Hindi movie.The sooner struggler  learn this facts ,the better is for them.In Bollywood many peoples are good but it is full of  bastards also.They do not give a shit about talents .They have different preferences {money,sex,or anything they want}that could ruin your moral values.so Bollywood struggler has to rethink their moral values..Be aware to go for a screen test because Some of them will blacklist you from his production if you do not fulfill their dirty demand...this could  be happen to both girls and boys..Casting couch is something with that you can not deal easily..it can damage you physiologically ...so if it happens to you don't just keep it to yourself at least share it to your parents and take charges against that particular person ..  

Who are involved in casting couch in Bollywood ??

Big names and production houses avoid all this things  because it can harm their reputation to a large extent.

Most of the time this all things are done by some cheap and dirty minded people .They could be anyone like coordinators ,agents,casting directors producers,directors  ..

 But some new comers are always remain easy prey for this devils even big names are sleeping with someone or other for good roles.Its just how this industry works.

Many are involved in all this things so they never talk about casting couch ,its better for their image to hide this things because if  people who watches movies of this peoples will know this they wont digest it.

How to prevent casting couch??

Be aware about who are fake agents,.

Don't go for fake auditions .Auditions which are posted on internet are fake if they do not provide their email id,production name,movie name.

If someone ask for sex in exchange with  a big role in movie  simply say ''NO'' and quit the place asap.Because its the best option you have and by the way most of the time such project never gonna be made.Nobody will give that big role to a newcomer....

Ask to other struggler about the production to which you are going to audition .
